  • One form builder for applications and onboarding, curriculum rebuilt around sessions with calendars and reminders, and messaging that works the same everywhere.

All changes in this release

Feature

  • Fundraise Desk: run any raise (equity, debt, grants, donor campaigns, fund LPs, sponsorships, memberships) as time-boxed sprints with phase gates, a target list with stages and next steps, people and intro paths per target, an evidence journal, comments, shareable documents, analytics, and a weekly digest; invite guests with redaction and an access log, and ask ARIA about the raise. Every plan includes one active desk, one sprint, and three members; Pro lifts the limits and adds AI drafts, daily briefs, and document links
  • Companies are first-class records: organization directories get a paged Companies view with logos, every company name links to its record, placeholder names (self-employed, stealth, freelance) stay out of the list, a company can carry several domains, and account records show co-owners and who owns the next step
  • Public company pages at /c/<company> show the people, events, and relationships around a company, an employee with a matching work email can claim the page to create or link their organization, and your own contacts and profile link to company pages under /app/companies
  • One form builder now powers cohort applications, mentor applications, and community onboarding, with conditional questions, validation rules, drag-to-reorder, and a branded preview; applicants can save a draft and resume from an emailed link, and programs can request follow-up forms at any pipeline stage through a secure link that needs no login
  • Cohort curriculum is rebuilt around sessions: weeks group items by day, each session, workshop, or office hours block carries a time zone, a venue or meeting link (revealed only near start time if you choose), speakers, a prep checklist, and a recording; founders and mentors see an Up next card, and sessions land on their calendars with reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before
  • Founders can be invited to a program by email and land in the right organization on accept, founders and mentors can set a separate program contact email, and everyone can add up to three verified email addresses in Settings so invitations and notifications reach any of them
  • Run of Show for events: build the day as timed segments with rooms, soft and hard starts, owners, and cues, run it live with shift and swap when things overrun, share a live view by link, and check speaker readiness in one place
  • Event hosts get an approval queue for registration-gated events, recurring event series, reminders set relative to the event, traffic source (UTM) analytics, targeted email blasts to chosen guest segments, and a guests table that keeps ticket types and guest registrations straight
  • Sponsorship adds a pipeline board with stages, probability, and next steps, invoice installment schedules, public proposal pages you can share, a sponsor applications inbox, saved opportunities, and a delivery report that shows what each sponsor received against the package they bought
  • Messaging gains presence and status (including do not disturb and quiet hours), mark as unread, forward, copy link, remind me, drafts, attachments in community and organization channels, markdown, slash commands, and link previews, working the same way across direct messages, communities, and organization channels
  • Communities and organization channels share one navigation rail with unread and mention state that stays in sync wherever you read
  • Community leaders can turn on points, badges, and a leaderboard, with an admin panel to choose which actions earn points and how many
  • Recommendations show honest match scores with a tier badge and reasons grounded in real signals, and dismissed suggestions stay dismissed
  • Settings adds Data sharing: see exactly what each organization you belong to can see about your network, exclude specific people, and preview what happens to shared data if you leave
  • Accelerators get ready-made staff roles (Managing Director, Program Coordinator, Operations Manager, Community Lead), organization communities and events can be targeted to member types, tiers, or departments, mentors can be tagged by kind (investor, operator, domain expert, and more), and program notifications say which cohort they came from
  • In-app tours are rebuilt with real screenshots and short clips, and now cover accelerator programs, ticketing, and organization AI tools

Improvement

  • Search tolerates accents, punctuation, and typos everywhere (people, contacts, companies, communities, events), showing exact matches first and close matches after
  • Every screen was reworked for phones and touch: the header fits 320px-wide screens, all buttons and controls meet a minimum tap size, filter strips and toolbars no longer clip, and action rows stack instead of overflowing
  • Filters use one consistent system across the app (dropdowns, chips, segmented controls, and a full filter panel), and long lists and tables page instead of loading everything at once
  • Follow-ups (Relationship Inbox plus Reminders) now lives under Connections and your Calendar under Events; old links redirect
  • Notifications show where each one came from, group by organization, filter by source, and mark-all works per group; tab strips that do not fit turn into a dropdown instead of hiding tabs
  • Profile sections (bio, skills, languages, experience, education, accomplishments) each have their own edit dialog, and profile analytics use one consistent view count across the header, overview, and viewers list, plus all-time views
  • The app now lives at app.titen.ai, /login, /signup, and /register all take you to the right place, and unsubscribe links let you choose which digests and emails to keep instead of all-or-nothing

Fix

  • Persona field visibility follows your privacy settings more accurately, including investor-only fields showing for investors, and deep links survive sign-in
  • More reliable organization messaging, founder, mentor, LP, and talent portals, in-app community invites, cohort application submissions, and community feed reaction counts
  • Thread replies post to the thread instead of the main conversation and DM threads open; pinning, bookmarks, and scheduled messages work in every channel type; the header no longer overflows at tablet widths
  • Digital business card lead capture and view tracking work for visitors again, card link edits save reliably, and QR check-in scanning is more reliable
  • Guest (no-account) registrations stay visible to hosts, duplicate registrations resolve cleanly, and both sponsorship portals load proposals and opportunities that previously errored
  • Dashboard perk Save and Claim actually save and claim, metric widgets no longer blank the dashboard when you change a metric, contact counts agree across badges, chips, and pagination, enrichment credit purchases complete again, and billing pages read from one price catalog so seat prices match what you are charged
