ARIA, global search, programs, and analytics

Meet ARIA. Ask in natural language and act on suggested next steps from the reply.

One command palette to find people, communities, and events across personal and org workspaces.

Cohort programs, shared contacts, relationship digests, event analytics, and digital business cards.

Feature

  • Meet ARIA, your AI Assistant: ask questions in natural language, get clearer answers with people and context called out, and run suggested quick actions right from replies so you move faster without hunting through menus
  • Global search and command palette (⌘K on Mac, Ctrl+K on Windows): one entry point that did not exist before, with faster matching across people, communities, and events, recent destinations, and an organization-aware palette when you are inside a company workspace
  • Home dashboard quick actions that did not exist before: one-tap shortcuts to recommendations, upcoming events, communities, and network analytics
  • Work with more than one organization: switch workspaces from the sidebar or context switcher, open any company you belong to, and create a new organization when you need a separate space
  • Join a team from an email invitation: follow the link, sign up with the invited email, and land in the right organization with the right access
  • Accelerator-style programs get a full cohort workspace (companies, applications, mentors, curriculum, assignments, resources, asks, demo day, email pool, talent pool, and program settings). Shown for accelerators, incubators, investors, and similar organization types when that experience is enabled for your org
  • Portfolio companies: staff can track and open each company in a dedicated portfolio view alongside program work
  • Sponsorship proposals: organizations can review and work inbound sponsorship opportunities in one place
  • When your organization enables it, a Shared contacts directory lets teammates discover people colleagues have chosen to share, with consent and visibility built in
  • Relationship Digest on your home dashboard: a weekly briefing on patterns in your network, with highlights you can refresh on demand
  • Relationship Memory on each contact: durable facts and follow-ups ARIA extracts from your history, plus a button to resync what Titen remembers after new interactions
  • Connections adds a Network visualization next to grid and table: pan and zoom your graph, turn link layers on or off (how you know people, company, location, shared tags), color nodes by company, strength, or favorites, search within the map, highlight the shortest path between two people, expand mutual connections for a selected person, and open or organize them from a side inspector. The map follows the same filters as your connection list
  • All Contacts includes a network graph of your unified contact list, plus Network Insights to run an on-demand analysis of clusters, gaps, and bridge-style contacts from that graph
  • After you set your professional personas, a short guided spotlight points you to the right next steps (connections, a key org action, global search, and ARIA), without cluttering everyday navigation
  • Event hosts get a dedicated Event analytics area under event management so registration, engagement, and outcomes are easier to review in one flow
  • Organization dashboard presets let admins define layout and metrics by role (owners, community managers, event managers, and more) so each role can open a tailored home dashboard
  • Community leaders can build email lists and send newsletter-style updates from Communications settings, plus configure welcome automation for new members
  • Report a bug from inside the app with category, severity, and automatic context (page, device, and viewport) so issues reach the team reliably
  • Organization tools are grouped into Market intelligence (brand, trends) and Lead generation (prospecting, enrich from URL, bulk enrichment), and older tool URLs redirect into the right tab
  • Virtual Business Cards (branded mini-sites with their own public link and QR, separate from your main Titen profile and profile-only QR sharing): clearer lead capture on those pages, optional fields, international phone with country code, and a smoother handoff when someone saves their info

Improvement

  • Organization analytics, community analytics, and event analytics share a clearer design: expandable chart cards, cross-area insights where available, filters that behave on small screens, and friendlier empty states across tabs
  • Community channels update in near real time so new posts and replies appear without refreshing the page
  • Community moderation adds bulk actions with a confirmation step, clearer entry points to manage members, and steadier feeds with better loading and paging
  • Organization Settings includes a Features area for program-led orgs: tune accelerator versus portfolio emphasis and limit which cohort tabs appear so teams only see what they use
  • Connections and All Contacts pick up a stronger toolbar: quick filter chips, a fuller advanced filter sheet, customizable columns on table views, bulk actions and export, resumable warm intro drafts, and an optional natural-language search mode scoped to your network with history you can reopen
  • All Contacts makes it easier to merge overlapping records by linking selected contacts from different sources into one profile when the rules allow
  • Team and departments, invitations, and pending members are easier to scan, and permissions line up more predictably with email-only invites and member access types
  • Tabs and settings panels that switch between many sections (including cohorts and communities) use a responsive layout that stays usable on narrow screens
  • Billing and enterprise pricing are easier to read and navigate, and organizers get a clearer path to finish payment setup for tickets and paid programs
  • Messages and the ARIA assistant stay more comfortable on phones and desktops as you move around the app
  • Public profiles and events pick up SEO fixes so shared links are more likely to show up correctly in search and social previews
  • Context-aware back navigation in organization flows so you return to the list or screen you expect
  • Organization Events lists support stronger filtering so hosts and program staff can narrow down the right events faster
  • Billing details and receipts can carry more structured fields where your plan supports them, so invoices and org records stay easier to reconcile

Fix

  • People lists and suggestions de-prioritize incomplete profiles so real names and faces surface first
  • Long filter menus and popovers scroll correctly on small screens, and tall event settings modals stay within the viewport

The next opportunity may already be in your network.
